      I would reply to that email once you have a negative test or two, provide proof so that the deputies are conformable with scheduling to see you

      Something to the effect of:

      Hello CCW Unit,

      About two weeks ago, I had to reschedule my interview due to testing positive for COVID. It has been roughly 2 weeks, I can provide two negative test now, the most recent negative test attached dated 1/xx/2022.

      I am vaccinated, my symptoms were mild, and I did not have to go the hospital.

      I strongly believe it is now safe to conduct my interview. Please let me know what the soonest availability you have or if you have any further questions. Thank you."

            I think any appropriate documentation is fine for real estate agent. AV even said specifically he's concern with real estate agents offering showings. His specific example was a property showing out in Antelope Valley, where it would take 30+ mins for a LEO to show up.

            @Lares

            Doesn't matter what you me or the CDC thinks, up to CCW unit on when they feel comfortable on meeting with you. So it's best to put the best face forward and do whatever it takes to make them comfortable for a face to face meeting.

                If it takes 11-12 months to renew then you will be out of a license for 9-10 months.

                  Or big brain, start the renewal process after your first year is up.

                    @lockdown thats why once your quarantine period is up and you have a negative test. Just my thoughts on it.

                    And the renewal process might be different you might not need an interview. But none of us will know until that times comes. Seems like the biggest thing is waiting for the interview and the training email.

                                Well I don't have a lot of sales on my belt yet.. I went in with my license, Some proof of a previous lease that I did, previous as in a couple years old,,, and my contract with my broker. I just went into escrow last week for a home located in South La with an old partner ... I wish I had that contract to show for my GC lol... But hey it doesn't matter because I've been honest and I'm still practicing real estate.. What matters is that our job is risky, kinda like how I had to sit in that house by myself with doors wide open.. Fortunately everything went smooth... I know the owners of the home and they have been broken into twice and the last time they had a gun stolen from the home.. many years back I believe a female was gunned down in front of that home... That should tell you a little about that block.. At the end of the day It shouldn't matter what job title you have, or whatever else they want to hear from us.. we are human beings and we have every right to have a means to protect ourselves in a last case scenario with no other options to get out of it..Bad guys don't fight fare and apparently now they don't get much jail time anymore according to this new DA.. California Chaos
