Well I don't have a lot of sales on my belt yet.. I went in with my license, Some proof of a previous lease that I did, previous as in a couple years old,,, and my contract with my broker. I just went into escrow last week for a home located in South La with an old partner ... I wish I had that contract to show for my GC lol... But hey it doesn't matter because I've been honest and I'm still practicing real estate.. What matters is that our job is risky, kinda like how I had to sit in that house by myself with doors wide open.. Fortunately everything went smooth... I know the owners of the home and they have been broken into twice and the last time they had a gun stolen from the home.. many years back I believe a female was gunned down in front of that home... That should tell you a little about that block.. At the end of the day It shouldn't matter what job title you have, or whatever else they want to hear from us.. we are human beings and we have every right to have a means to protect ourselves in a last case scenario with no other options to get out of it..Bad guys don't fight fare and apparently now they don't get much jail time anymore according to this new DA..
