His signature timeline says 3/2/24 for when he submitted his training. I hope that is their benchmark for the order they go in since I submitted on 3/8, but who knows. Woodman500 submitted on 4/10 I believe and has already picked up his permit. Just a waiting game now.

Got my interview call today 5/29/24 came in from 213 number, had a quick 4 minute interview reviewing some basic questions on the application. Also want to mention the officer asked if I had already completed the live scan which I did back in January, and the officer asked for the ATI #. The deputy sent me an email requesting a copy of my DL, passport, and a utility bill. Was told to expect a 2-3 month wait before the proceed to training email. But finally a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel (applied 8/2/2022)

Rumor has it that...the waiting is the hardest part. By the way anyone that has waited longer than 6 months is being denied a constitutional right. Further more it is totally natural and healthy I might add, to become impatient after that time frame...unless of course you like being screwed. Don't let anyone tell you differently.

With me, the deputy went over pretty much the application, what I wrote down and making sure there are no discrepancies and not omitting info. Address verification, employment verification.

Being a thorn in their side...not kidding, I was. I bugged them and contacted my County Supervisor a few times. My buddy who applied exactly 1-week after me is 2-3 months behind me on everything. It is just ridiculous.

Also, I'm not sure about everyone's pickup experience, but the female Deputy who issued my permit was very standoffish. Not even a hello, or a reply when I said good morning. Just, "I need your ID and cashiers check or money order".

Question for you gentleman who have submitted your training, did you guys wait to get the proceed to training email or did you get your interview and just went ahead and knocked out the training to submit the training right away when you get the PTT email? I feel like just getting it done now to speed up the process if at all possible.
