Doing my renewal paperwork. It says I need my marriage license? I didn't need it two years ago, is this new? I don't have it and have no idea how long it'll take to get a copy...

Okay. As stated in my previous post, I wonder why they need the information. Whether it applies to me or not doesn't matter. I am happy to know as much as I can about the process. However, if I do remarry, it will be useful to know. Thanks for concern about my motivations.Comment

Just a heads up for residents of Ontario.
I recently heard that Ontario PD was issuing permits. I didn't know anyone personally that had gotten one from them and still don't.
However, on a private Facebook group someone from Ontario posted a picture of his permit. He is a business owner and used that and self defense as his good cause statement. I asked him if when he interviewed if he got a feeling that they would issue for self defense alone? He said that he did get that feeling.
He also said that it only took him about 4 months start to finish. If you've just started the process with SBSO you might want to give Ontario PD a try. Don't give up your spot in line with the sheriff's office but apply with Ontario and see if you're lucky.
Sent from my P00C using TapatalkYes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
