Stupid question but what does "Firearms complete" mean?

Well my peeps, permit in hand. There was 2 people in the waiting area but as i was waiting outside in my truck before my time, i seen at least 3-4 people coming out of the with paperwork. Very fast process in & out in 8mins.

I know R66 started running CCW courses that focuses on the conceal portion.

TRB also runs CCW class once a month. It's neat because they rent out one entire side of FT3 indoor range.

I definitely recommend people to take additional CCW tactical classes not just a required CCW class by LASD. My friends and I took basic and intermediate CCW tactics handgun classes and the outcomes were fantastic. My shooting skill went up significantly.

Picked up today also. There were about 40 or so total picking up today, apparently. But the waiting area was pretty empty and the only other person there wasn't there for pickup. Getting a money order/cashier's check yesterday (MLK Jr. day) after receiving the call for pickup was a trip. I didn't realize so many places were closed, including all banks in my area, never mind USPS. MoneyGram to the rescue.

Final timeline:

2021-05-03 app mailed in
2021-06-17 check cashed
2021-09-16 called for interview
2021-09-30 interview done; verbally told to do live scan
2021-10-02 performed live scan; CA and federal completed; firearms pending
2021-10-05 received email officially telling me to do live scan
2021-10-06 live scan firearms completed
2022-01-10 received email to proceed with training; emailed docs back same day
2022-01-17 called to schedule pick up
2022-01-18 picked up permit

even though my GC was yellow, good vibes to the LG applicants past, present, and future...I hope you can strengthen your GC and tie it into your work to make it yellow. I got the distinct impression from talking to my interviewing deputy that they are focusing on yellow and deferring LG, despite a few reports to the contrary. give them a reason to give it to you.
