Send a brief enquiring e-mail to the HQ and ask for clarification if RDS can/cannot be on CCW guns.

If they say yes, take the email to the qualification shoot with your guns.

Hey guys been a while but I just recieved my renewal letter, i want to swap out one firearm for a different one so in the listed firearms section of the application do i only put the one I'm adding or the 2 I'm keeping PLUS the one I'm adding? Also do I need to fill out ALL the initial application pages including things that have not changed from my initial application? Thanks guys.

As far as the app you need to fill out and print the entire 13 pages of the renewal app HERE.

I think you need to put down the 2 you are keeping and the one you are adding.

I'm also swapping one gun on my permit. I listed the 3 guns I want on my permit. When I turned in my paperwork the lady taking it asked if I was changing any guns on my permit. I said yes and told her that I had listed the new one on the application. She said great and asked me which one I was planning on dropping. She wrote it down and handed me my new range card and said pick one of these dates and go qualify.

Easy peasy.

Correct.
All three (or whatever you have) are listed on every renewal, whether you are modifying or not.
If you are modifying, they will have a separate form at the interview where you will "strike" the one being removed and note the new one.
You will only qualify at the range with the new one... unless or until the procedures are changed due to the new laws (doesn't look like they've made any changes though)

Careful... Rain expected Thursday and Friday night, possibly Saturday.
Not a huge problem for the class, but that road is nasty in bad weather.
