Has anyone gotten a letter for renewal of ccw for next year? Im due in June 2021.

I am due on July, no email or letter yet.
But I do have a reminder on my calendar to start researching on April 2nd, to be sure I get the latest information and have plenty of time to put everything together.

Now I need to check my AZ permit and see when it expires, the renewal process etc......

They are not sending letters. You should, but may not be getting an email from them.

Ok, just a little FYI for those following this.

As mentioned no letter - email.

Here's the thing, some are not getting the email. I spoke with my brother, who's permit expires in March and he had not gotten an email by Christmas. I told him that he should call or email them. He sent an email.

They responded to his email letting him know that they did not have his email address on file and thanked him for sending the email. They also told him that he would be getting the email in a few days.

The next day he got an email from one of the Deputies in the CCW Division with links to the videos and an attachment you'll need to take in with your application. He watched the videos and had his paperwork turned in on 12/30/2020.

Here's the take away from this:

Even though the application has your email address, they may not have your email in a place that's easy for them to send you the required email for renewal. I would send them a quick email saying something like:

I hope this email finds you having a great day. I understand that you are no longer sending letters, but rather emails. I just wanted to make sure that you had my current email address as my permit expires on XX/XX/2021.

My interview was scheduled for the 14th, just got a call from Erica letting me know it's been canceled due to Covid. I'm annoyed because I just got the notarized form done yesterday. This will probably tack on several more months to this process.
