        CCW Delays in Riverside County

Do we have any recent info on the CCW wait times in Riverside County? I heard hearsay that it has dropped from 2 years to 2 months but just looking for a verification. Thanks.

Took the class at BC on March 2nd. They stated they are doing weapon addition qualifications at the range every Thursday. Send the staff an email stating you want to add/delete a weapon and they'll put you on the schedule to shoot.

I just finished my gun qualifications with FTA. The G43 I was able to get has a bunch of mismatched parts when the previous owner did customizations. They let me have it on my list (but it was not without some hassle). I would email them with some detailed pictures, but in the end, it seemed like the main thing was so long as the frame is legit and they can clearly see caliber and gun type. I emailed them before getting there and had a pending "clear" but it can change when you bring in the actual for inspection. I would not have that as your only gun, just in case (my 2 pennies)

I got the call to pick up my amended CCW with my firearm addition. The whole process took less then a month. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Are you allowed to have off roster guns on your permit?

Yes, as long they are in your name and the caliber matches (no SSE).

                                ^^^^^That’s excellent!

Amending weapons can be a big deal. I had Sig ruin a P320 on the recall and I could not get another on there.

Though I guess that’s why we get 6.
