Did you ever get a training email? Or just straight pick up call?

I did my training before the interview as I was pretty confident based on my research that I would get the go ahead. (Knowing full well that I may not get the go ahead!)

At the end of the interview he told me to go ahead and do the training and completed the live scan. He was happy I had done it and just told me to email it to the ccw address also. So it was just pickup call.

A certified mail via USPS is a fine way to submit your application.
You should mention your past CCW from every jurisdiction in America.

I see you have a 10/1 Firearms return. Mine is 10/5. Seems like 3 months from that date is a good indicator of contact for pickup call timeline currently.

only difference is your training was completed?? were you instructed or did on your own?

i signed up for 1/8 training class just because it looked like classes were filling up, figured any training is good so hopefully get the proceed to training email and worst case ill have the training on hand to supply
