The couple times I have bought from them, I bid online with a credit card but then paid with a check when I went in and did the DROS to get the lower buyers premium. I have also done absentee and phone bids with other companies. The absentee bid is pretty easy. Fill out the form with the item info and your maximum bid, email it to them. An employee there takes the form and actively bids for you at the auction up to your max.
Bidding options and info -
There are four ways that you can participate in our auctions: ONSITE BIDS: You are welcome to attend the auction in person and execute your own bids. Bidder registration will take place on the day of sale. You may bid by holding up your bidder’s card until the maximum amount you are willing to pay … Continue reading BiddingComment

Here's a delightful video hosted by a lever action aficionado named Kristin. While this presentation may not be exactly what you might expect or hope for, this woman remains a treat to behold. She can shoot, too. What a gal!

Well went outside shooting for the first time this season. Tried something new on two lever guns. Skinner Peep Sights, Marlin 39A, and Marlin 1894 Cowboy LTD 38/357.

Really pleased with the 1894.First three rounds, shot a string @ 50 yds. Directly above the bull, .5 wide x 3 inch tall. no adjustment to the sight. The 39 @ 25 yds, I had to raise the peep 3.5 turns, and adjust the windage. But I was then hitting the bull.Comment

Very nice! I have a Skinner peep and rail on my Marlin Guide Gun and love it! I have toyed with the idea od mounting a Leupold 1.5-5X straight tube scope on it, but it shoots wells enough with the peep sight that I haven't touched it.Well went outside shooting for the first time this season. Yep, the weather was perfect yet again for a Oct MLC shoot. Have to say right off, Chris[Apples} was the champion of the revolver shooting yesterday.
Dude was NOT missing with the handguns. Rifle shooting was great for us, and it seemed we liked the .22 rifles, altho the bigger bores were hitting just fine.
Another fun day in the Mojave with good people. Some shooting, lots of BS'ing and just enjoying the day. I'll see about getting a couple more pics up.
To the Mighty Mojave!

Yeah, that bag was trouble. Didn't care for us much. Kept her distance, other than Chris pestering a bit.

What'd you call me?

Hey! I can't compete with you riflemen. So I got that goin' for me...
Man, what a day. I left about 10 mins after sunset, stopped later in Mojave town for some motor fuel, a sammich, and then, to my relief! because I was gonna fall asleep at the wheel, a Starbucks! ...in Mojave! Wasn't there last time I was through, but it's been awhile.
Was a long day yesterday, but worth it. I always have a great time shootin' with you fellers.
"Maxine" was a mannequin that had been left behind by other shooters. We merely resurrected he/she by fixing it to a signpost also left behind by OTHER shooters... they had hung a dress on it, painted chest hair and the words, "It's TRUMP'S FAULT!" on the back... priceless. So we shot it.
Numerous times.
Anyhoo... good times. Can't wait to do it again.
