Randall, interesting shotguns. My 1940 H&R break action single shot 12 gauge uses a similar lever to open the action. That's the gun that was first made with a 32" barrel... I chopped it to 20", cold blued it and using a drill press as a guide, used a teeeeny tiny tap and reinstalled the original brass bead front sight...

That's a Browning BT-99.
It's a singles trap shotgun.
It's like an over-under without the lower barrel.
Barrel is 34".
I got it cheap probably because the seller did not list the choke and because it was ending at 8am instead of in the evening when more people are online and bidding.
