I have a quick question; i got the money orders but it dated on 7/17. Does it have to be dated for tomorrow 7/23?

Also do i need to fill out the domestic viloence disclouser form? Theres like 3 forms that seems that an agent/witness needs to be present to fill out. It just does not seem really right to pre fill it without the officer being there.

The date doesn't have to be for tomorrow.

I had all the forms filled out when I got there. I waited to sign them while I was there.

For a RENEWAL ccw, are there any class or training requirements, other than the renewal class I have scheduled with SBC Sheriffs?


It appears that there are additional requirements for classes for a NEW permit (vs. what was required when I got mine 2 years ago) but not for renewal. Unfortunately, I haven't been on the forum all that much and haven't kept close tabs on the changes.

It appears that there are additional requirements for classes for a NEW permit (vs. what was required when I got mine 2 years ago) but not for renewal. Unfortunately, I haven't been on the forum all that much and haven't kept close tabs on the changes.

I renewed earlier this year and all I had to do was the class. As far as I know that's all they're doing for renewals.

No i was not even interview. One of the officers saw something that lack of good moral character and told me straight out not to even try. I feel like i can sue or something for discriminating? It was not up to him but he did say he reviews it and tells the sheriff im no good moral character.

It appears perhaps you had reason to be. I have had a least a dozen friends sail right through this as well as countless people right here in this forum.

The 4 hour class is all that is required in SBCo.

I think i should hired a lawyer... Most than likely i am. Anyone here can help me out on the right direction? Not giving up
