What if I do not have a current utility bill in my name?

You must have a current utility bill with your name on it in order to be processed or you will be turned away *No PAST DUE amounts will be accepted*

Ya I just saw that and I gotta say.... peoplw wouldn't listen when others were telling them don't call and ask a question about something this is LEGAL cuz you'll force them to take a stand and if they have to take a stand..... Well all you idiots that kept calling.... they took a stand....

My background has been going for 6+ months, interview date was 1/11. I tried emailing on 7/11 but not yet heard back. On the SBSD site, it says to email and not call the office. What do you all think, they're just busy and give it a few more days for a follow up email?

I was in the renewal class yesterday at Rancho and they said Saraha was on vacation last week and has almost 200 voice mails that have not been listened to. They said email the info email address for quicker response as they don't have to listen to the vm and take notes etc.
