My last one was set to expire in late October - I emailed in July (3 months out) and got a response the next day. Interview was in early August, class and qualification in September and then...crickets.
I waited until one week prior to it expiring before emailing and asking. I heard back the next day that I was approved and could pick it up the day the previous one expired.

Dunno if that helps any, but that's how it worked out for me...

I emailed yesterday and was told my date would be in March,,,,, after hearing some co-workers who's date is late Dec 18 and Jan 19, Ill keep quiet!

I know they said dates would move up but as they do I think they just give the earlier dates to those who are just applying I don't think they have the time to go and look and let people know they get a new date. Or I could just be wrong lol

Riverside CCW Questions

I used to have a CCW when I lived in Orange County, but had to give it up when I moved to Riverside...now, I'm almost wishing I never left OC....oh well, "If wishes were horses, then...."

Anyway, I'm wondering if I could seek out some advice from our CalGun pros via PM or email....I just have a few questions (like many others) about a "good cause" statement as well as reference letters...
