My IO made a first attempt on a weeknight around 7pm, but I was at the gym so he said he would stop by another time(He called me to tell me he was outside my residence). The second attempt was on the following Saturday morning. Once again he called me to let me know he was outside. Luckily I was coming back from work and only 5 minutes away. I approached his vehicle(calmly and from the front obviously) and greeted him. He looked at his file to verify that it was me, asked me if I had any questions, and then he watched me walk into my home. That was it. To my knowledge, none of my neighbors were approached.

I guess that's where we are in today's world?

Dayyum, can't even say "Hi!" to a cop who's on a friendly visit, lol.....

Why would you approach in an un-calm manner? Why is approaching from the front "obvious"? You knew he was going to be there, and he knew you were coming.

Pretty funny! I could use humor like this on July 5th while trying to survive the work day.

03/11/2017 - Live scan submitted
04/28/2017 - Received by OCSD
06/29/2017 - Initial Appt.
07/05/2017 - Residency check
Investigator encouraged me to get training ASAP. (sounds promising).
Cost about $600 (estimate)

AZ CCW:
06/25/2017 - Training and submitted Application.
07/06/2017 - AZ confirmed my app and approval. Should have return mail 2 weeks.
Cost $60.
