Can you outline exactly how?

Starting the process now and see that I have to fill out same application as before. Does that mean new res check, livescan?

Conditional approval 3/2/16 @ 1130.

I just got the letter this morning too. I thought my submission of my training cert triggered it, but maybe they were just backlogged. The letter was dated late January.

Kriller my understanding is that the conditional approval comes after your background is done, and the date might be wrong as I've heard of that happening. Call down there if you want and ask to confirm, but I think you are good as long as you do training.

Submitted my renewal on 2/16.

I asked for an update on 3/2 and they said they are waiting for approval.

I submitted a more detailed good cause this time (since they are a little more strict now). I hope it goes through.

I will update when the status changes.

Also, another question. When livescan is done. Do we need to send an email copy of Livescan to IO?

Yes, as mentioned. However we haven't heard of any denials so there's not reason to not get your training now. That way you can submit your training cert and it will cut down significantly on the wait time.

No, it's all done electronically.

Remind us what the conditional approval emails say. Some of us got our permits before they were using that verbiage.

Just needs to complete the 16 hour training and you're good to go.
