Read the two letters. They are for two different things. Paladin's is to alert him that LiveScan is cleared and training certs are required. Yours is to tell you to get the Livescan started.

There's no confusion on my end. Just noting that there are 2 different conditional approval letters.

The LiveScan phone system is definitely not being updated. I emailed a few days ago and got back good news this morning. Looks like it took 8-9 weeks for mine to come back. My detailed timeline is below.
