                        Everything through the DOJ is taking extra time at the moment, I spoke to someone over there last week and they are veery short staffed, allow extra time for anything the DOJ is involved in.

                        7/20/21 Preemptively started Live scan
                        7/23/21 Preemptively completed training
                        7/24/21 LiveScan fully complete CA/FBI
                        8/16/21 Firearms check complete
                        02/08/22 - Call for interview
                        02/15/22 Interview
                        6/6/22 call to pick up
                        6/8/22 - picked up permit
                        Re-elect Sheriff Villanueva

                                I did a intrafamilial transfer as well when I sent my app in June 2021. I think I got my confirmation letter from them in 2 months.

                                        Seems to be hit or miss on VMs. I would start answering them if you're close to the finish line.

                                        My dad, she left a VM AND a call back number.

                                        Others have just gotten VM's that say we will try you again next time you come up in the pile (usually a few extra weeks from what I've seen)
