Oh my gosh... Congratulations....you had me worried for a moment...when you have your permit in your hand(finally!!!)...apply for Arizona and Florida...you already have utah..again congrats ��

Hello, first post here, i dropped off application at HOJ on 10/29/21 to an SO at the parking lot booth (couldn’t access building due to covid). Just received the interview call today 08/30/22. Scheduled for 09/14/22. Just wanted to give you guys an estimate timeline of interview calls in case it hadn’t been updated here yet.

Dropped off application last month (July 2022) will update when I get a call or email. I'm in LA county, dropped it off with LASD.

Any advice on what to expect besides a 1+ year wait?

Also any advice on which guns are best for people with a small frame? 5'5 140 lbs. I was looking at the 43x and p365.

i mailed in my application with LASD on June 30th, 2022 and the check just got cashed on August 29th, 2022. I am now waiting for the phone call or letter for the interview date which sounds like will be months away.

NEWBIES who don't know where to start, my next online webinars "How to Apply in L.A. County" are scheduled: Sat 9/17, Sun 10/16, Sun 11/13, Sun 12/11.

Trying to help as many folks navigate this complicated process as much as possible. Our attendees who aren't in county areas/cities serviced by LASD have given us updates on what their PD is doing...finally got updates from CCW units at LAPD, Long Beach PD, etc.
