My AZ CCW only took 5 weeks from mailing in app to having the card in my mailbox.

18 months IMHO is beyond slack, and is inexcusable. Now that Bruen has been decided, it won't matter who the Sheriff is.

Consider yourself very lucky, that is very very fast for you; procedurally livescan comes after interview, then proceed to training email, email acknowledgment upon which is the 4 week period is supposed to toll. Good for you brother.

I would imagine if everyone filed that has exceeded the Statutory Time limits, the Courts would be overwhelmed and gridlocked.

In LA County, it's 3, and it does not matter until you go to training. It's listed on the training doc.

I'm guessing that after Bruen the livescan comes first, then the interview. That way they can eliminate failed backgrounds before tying up interview time.
Before Bruen the interview was used to fail you at good cause.

Just a quick question guys about the Training. I had my training with Concealed Coalition last August 20th and up to now haven't received my Certificate of Completion. I have a few out-of-state CCW and of all, I received my COC right after the training this is the first time I had to wait for them to receive my COC. Is this normal?
