Unless she comes out and openly says way she would fast track CCW permits, I'm sticking with AV.

Damn guys havent checked in on this thread for a few months ... glad to see some of you got your permits ... seeweed sorry to hear the denial.... on another note im still waiting to apply for my permit still havent got my gc down im trying to fix up some parts of my life before i write all that up as for gmc or work related references all my supervisors and even hr staff quit last month and we have temps who dont even know our names lol ... im f****dComment

Sorry guys, their GC should NOT be considered Light Green. I’ll just say it is very unusual. So, no, it does not support the belief AV is still issuing for LG.
Oh well, 3.5 months until the window for a NYSRPA carry case decision opens, July 4th at latest IMO.

They seem to be under 90 days from interview to approval, which is what AV said in a livestream a few months back. For those still waiting, it either means you were denied, app was lost, or they are putting you at the bottom of the pile/slowly calling back to strengthen your GC.
