They get issued quicker also. I was told at the interview to do my livescan and my training and I still have not heard anything from the station, and my interview was before some of the issued folks. GC is DR/LR

Where did you interview? It was my understanding that after your interview, your file is sent to the lieutenant at the hall of justice once all documents are collected and sits there until approved. So maybe yours got lost? I could be completely wrong though.

I believe when the check is cashed has zero bearing on your place in line. Separate department handling that. We have a lot of people report checks being cashed early and much later after the interview.

My understanding is everyone gets an interview. So that's not really the part to worry about, moreso if your GC and GMC passes the tests of their thresholds. We have a guy on here who applied in April and just got interviewed weeks ago. It's hard to say when because the ranges have been so extreme. I also applied in April and interviewed in June. However, silence since then and I bet you the guy who just interviewed will get a response before I will.

Yup, was confident I would be and was told to live scan. However, I am having my doubts. I have gone back and forth but I now truly believe that despite what Villanueva stated on his updates, they have changed what is accepted for GC. I could not for the life of me think of one that could tie to my employment but I now believe I can but I need the LT to call me but I just have to be patient and wait for that call as that's not a call for me to make proactively.

Yeah, it seems very fluid. My deputy made it sound like I would definitely be approved and to wait a few weeks for a pick-up call. That was about 12 weeks ago.

I was told two to three months but this was in June. They have had so many applicants since then. The last confirmed LG getting issued was bb in early August. I remember when he got issued I was thinking I was weeks behind him. Ha. Now it looks like they shut LG down and everyone who would have gotten issued got put in a maybe pile and are slowly hopefully getting addressed.
