Awesome, I’ll go ahead and do that tomorrow. I see a hybrid one where it’s on zoom, then you go in and do the range portion after.

Just got done with my class at FT3 tactical this past Saturday. Great class taught by concealed coalition. Just waiting for the official "proceed to training" email so i can submit the certificates.

I wanted to just share my time line since it finally started moving.

12/21 submitted application by mail USPS
3/21 check was cashed
9/22 received call for interview
Interviewed this past week / live scan done same day
Everything cleared on the livescan within 1-3 days
Now i wait? Anything else further i need to do? ��

Sent an email last week asking for status. Got a reply today that its all pending review.

It is all over the place and leads one to believe the CCW Unit is a disorganized mess on a good day and supervision is clueless there is an issue. Some people get theirs in months, others are at 15 months and counting with no end insight. Applicants from July and August DOJ Clearances are awaiting their Training email, yet some who have about 2 weeks since completion get their Training email.

From when I did the class to when the background was done and I was notified- it was 14 months- I had to retake the class- they wont accept it if it has been over 12 months. May be a good idea to wait a bit on the class.
Just my experience.
