Just got the call today to go to training
So sounds like they are wheels rolling again
Anyone have any good training courses that’s 8 hours?
Going to have to take a day off work to get the training done so I need something that’s 8 hours

If you're short on time due to work, this is a good option from TRB. The hybrid course. Three days during the week 4:30-7:30pm through zoom and then 7-10 am one day on a weekend for the live fire portion and registration.

It's interesting to see some people get calls to confirm email, some get calls, and others get only an email to start training. I guess I'll have to stare at my phone and email simultaneously.

WOW. I am sure your app got misplaced, or the deputy handling your file was reassigned....or something. The SO has processed my paperwork with no issues. They have responded to emails in a very timely manner, and.....drum roll please....they called today to re-schedule pick-up just as promised.

I feel for you LrdVaderZ. I would think that an email next Monday would be appropriate, if you do not receive a call this week. They really are on your side. They want the process to go smoothly. I would not be afraid to reach out.

I used VIP CCW. They do 4 hour zoom in the evening during the week then a 4 hour session at LAX range and qualification on a weekend.

+1 for VIP. Fast zoom course after work on a weekday and informative, fluid, yet brief 4 hour range qual on weekend.
