You realize that you need to put it on an image hosting site. Calguns does not host its own images.

All of this was told to me 3rd hand by my FFL.
All of which sounds like just another MADE UP CRAP RUMOR. FABRICATED by another know nothing COUNTER MONKEY at a FFL.

That letter is dated june 28th and loses it's act of law 30 days from when you started the DROS which should be on July 21st.

That is laughable nonsense of course.

The real reason for the delays and undetermined is that they get to keep or rather steal your DROS fee whether they do anything to earn the money or not.

They can sit there and do nothing with your DROS application and still male the $37 something fee for doing nothing.

We'll get to it when we can but if we can't we will still keep your money and stop looking into it after 30 days. But if you want us to pretend to look at it for another 30 days then pay us another $37 for doing nothing.

If any private business operated like that it would be considered a scam because that is exactly what it is. You paid for a service in this case the results of your background check. But if you didn't receive any results at all you should not have to pay for it. Any normal business if for some reason can't provide the service you paid for will gladly give your money back.

It's like if you walked into the DMV and pay forty dollars for a driver license. You expect to receive it in the mail a few days later but instead you get a letter telling you oh sorry we can't send you a driver license because we didn't get around to making it because we were busy with other things but we're keeping all your money anyway. Have a nice day.

If you are somehow legally allowed to keep your customer's money whether you do anything for them or not then there is zero incentive for you to do anything for them is there? That is called fraud and theft.

Looks like you've been a bad boy. or maybe they have you confused with another person that has your name. I don't know if it makes a difference, that's why I asked about putting your SS number on the dros. It's not mandatory to do.

if it's on there I entered it this is the same letter they send everyone that was undetermined. What sucks is Bass Pro does not go by the 30 days they go by 28 days max which don't seem legal to me they also make you wait 11 days not 10 days. So I will not be purchasing any firearms from them ever again.
