    Thanks for all the help!

So if I am tracking...it sounds like I have to wait for them to contact me after submitting the online request correct? Then I will send them the Eotech along with the form that I received when I submitted my online request?

Or do I send it in with the form and then they contact me?

    Thanks in advance!

Wait for an email approval. Print that approval email and send it, a copy of the online form you filled out, and the EOtech back. Then you will receive another email from them once they've inspected the device. This will be your confirmation that a check is being generated and will be mailed to you.

Just found this thread. Is there an end date where they won't refund Eotechs anymore?

I'm sure they'll end this buyback at some point in the future. If you're on the fence I'd just send it in since the thermal drift issue effects all models at all temperatures.

              I have an exps3-0, a g33.sts, and a 512.a65.

I submitted an refund request for all three

              I'm hoping to convince them
On the g33 since the only reason I bought it was because it matches perfectly only with eotech optics. The g33 height could differ with my next optic and I don't want to place a guessing game with high dollar Optics hoping that it works with the eotech magnifier.

I have also cerakoted the shield of my 512 burnt bronze.. I doubt it will be an issue but if they raise any problem with it il ask for the cost of cerakote as well since all money I spent was in reliance that they had a good product.

You just need to use a different mount to line it up with an Aimpoint.

Has anyone received a refund yet or did we all get duped?

Took a week to get my approval. Shipped it out Saturday. I noticed mine was all around the bullseye no matter where I aimed. Mine has been used in Oregon in the winter in sub freezing temps and probably the extreme highs having it in the truck in the summers for various trips.

Give it time. Everyone is sending these back and it takes time to process everything.

If you've ever submitted for a rebate, you'd be familiar with the lag between submission and payment being received.

I'm figuring anything within 90 days is reasonable

My guess is 90 days to 6 months for them to actually send a check

Is your G33 black? If they won't take it back and you want to get rid of it for a good price contact me.
