My uncle got his a few weeks ago- supposedly they mailed mine last Friday, or it was cut last Friday, we'll see. Looking out for it now.

EOTech said they mailed mine last Friday too . . . and it ARRIVED this morning. I actually got my check. I was a little ahead of most on this thread, my scope was received at EOTech 12/29/15, but I actually got the check!!!! I will now take back half the bad things I said about L-3. derdutchman

Just received my refund today! It took about 3-1/2 months from the time I sent in the optic.

Also got my check today....

Returned it at year-end, tracking arrival 1/6, email confirmation 1/15.....so 8 weeks after that got the check. Just depends on the batch mailings.....
