That's probably when they started printing them. From there they have to get signed, put in an envelope and mailed. You're probably in the batch going out tomorrow.

Thanks to Calguns or I would've missed this recall. I submitted my RMA request on 1/27 and received email approval about 10 days later. Just shipped it out today.

Check arrived in the mail today. Approximately 2 months and 3 weeks from start to finish.

1/31/16: Refund request submitted for $1772.00 (exps3-0, g33, 512.a65)
2/8/16: Refund request approved
2/8/16: Package shipped insured for $2000 via USPS priority 2 day shipping
2/10/16: Package delivered to Eotech
2/17/16: Called Eotech and they are unable to give me a status and asked me to call back if i did not see a check in a few weeks.
2/18/16: Called Eotech again and got the same exact word for word response.
3/09/16: Called today and was told that since they have no update and it ha been over 30 days to email Michael.kroll@l-3com.com for status update. I emailed Michael and was told my request was not in their system and he asked for a copy of my approval email. I sent it to him and am currently waiting for an update. This has become quite nerve racking
3/13/16: I emailed Mr. Kroll back and forth with the information he needed. I gave him a copy of my approval email. He then told me the issue with my specific delay is that I was approved for the g33 magnifier when I shouldn't. He then asked me for my tracking number of the products I sent back. Once he had the tracking, he stated he would honor the approval and push forward the refund request. He states I should have my check in he first week of April.
3/16/16: Just received an email saying my check has refund has been processed and to wait 3-4 weeks
4/13/16: Just called and they said that my check is scheduled to be mailed this Friday April 15th and to allow 1 week for delivery from Minnesota.
4/18/16: Check arrived!

3/18/16: Refund request submitted for $499 for 1 model 517.
3/18/16: Refund request approved. (about 1 hour later)
3/21/16: Package shipped, USPS priority.
3/24/16: Package delivered to Eotech.
4/1/16: Email stating it was received by Eotech.
4/18/16: Check received in mail.

Since I requested my refund I have purchased an Aimpoint PRO, a Meprolight M21, and a Trijicon MRO. Now to get out and shoot all of them.

Looks like turnaround times are down to under a month now assuming you get it shipped out quickly!

Well that was quick... Just got my check today a little over a month after I mailed it back. Nice.
