What's rfd#?

Its the # you get once they've received your Eotech unit, and you're on the list for the refund check.

Mine was delivered and signed for on 01/08/16

Haven't heard a word from them since.

So I guess they're not processing them in the order as they are received?

Well that sucks.

They received mine last month, but I still haven't received an email.

Anyone tried calling? Is it an automated menu where you enter in your info and it replies with an update, or do you have to wait to speak to an actual person?

A person answers and you provide them the info to look up your return status.

Just made the call and the representative I spoke to was able to provide me my RFD# and said my refund check is being processed.

Not sure why they never sent out an email confirmation to me letting me know?

He also said if I don't receive the refund check within a few weeks that I would need to call back to find out the status once again.

I have a feeling I just got overwhelmed! Then they decided to skip that step and just focus on getting checks out.

My optic was delivered and signed (01/08/16) for before he even submitted his return authorization request.

Well at least now they provided a call center for us to call in for a status update. So that works for me.

I called and received the same response. He confirmed that my refund was accepted and that they are in the final steps of the refund process. However he could not give an estimate on when the check will be issued but he recommends if I don't receive something within the next few weeks to call back in.

Clearly they are having issues with that step. It was conjecture on my part.

Maybe some are doing it and some aren't.

Called, my check is due to mail out tomorrow according to the rep. They received my optic 28DEC.

Tag for phone number. Gonna have to call them for update. I never got a received email either and I know it was received.

I was starting to get worried because I sent mine in December and didn't get a received email or anything. I called and got the exact response everyone else got. Call Back in a couple of week, if I didn't get my refund yet. Luckily I already purchased my ACOG and didn't wait for this lol
