Looks like a law firm is pursuing a case against them now: http://eotech.mccunewright.com. Serves them right for doing that to our troops.Comment

01-02-16: Mailed my EOTech back.
01-07-16: EOTech received the packaged.
01-15-16: Received email from EOTech refund is being issued.
01-24-16: Still waiting on refund.
They said at shot show that they are bombarded with returns so i dont know how much longer its going to take. Im not even mad they were kind enough to offer a buy back for retail price. I will update when i get my check.Comment

The only one who's going to make any real money from this class action will be the lawyers...especially since L3 is willing to buy back the sights at full retailLooks like a law firm is pursuing a case against them now: http://eotech.mccunewright.com. I thought I was crazy because I was always needing to tweak mine. Not much mind you but while shooting paper id see a difference.
I had traded my kit for a ACOG and its never moved. Even after taking it off dozens of times. Hold zero great.
Glad I found this as I was about to get another. I still like the newer model. Almost bought one from a company that had a deal. Maybe that's why..
Hope the just don't hold on to everyone's optics and drag there feet though.

EOTech responded to my request after ten days, issued a return authorization, and as of this morning has received the defective optic (USPS 9400109699938141828559). I'll update this thread as my return is processed.Comment

Same here. If I went to the range early morning during the summer my zero would be off and I would constantly have to make major adjustments as the temperature went from the 70s to around 110 or so. Switched to an Aimpoint and the problem went away. No more fuzzy reticle too.I thought I was crazy because I was always needing to tweak mine. Seems to be averaging a week to ten days or so. I'm betting they are overwhelmed with submissions.Comment

I sent mine regular mail, insured, with delivery confirmation. It shows that it arrived on 1/22 but I haven't heard from them via email yet.Originally posted by KestryllI want to be Princess Anastasia today because I feel prettyOriginally posted by QuarterBoreGunnerKes is really just an errand boyOriginally posted by KestryllI am NOT...anything other than a schmuck...Comment

It was exactly a week for me. However there were a couple people that submitted theirs after me and received a response sooner. It could possibly vary by model, year of manufacture, and refund amount requested. They seem to be referencing msrp at the time of manufacture to make sure the amount requested matches up before giving approval. A couple people have posted that their request was returned stating the amount they requested was higher than msrp at the time it was made. Just a theory.Originally posted by MezcalfudBecause a Glock looks great in the case and then when you take it home it feels like you're holding a Costco pack of Kielbasa.Comment

Mine were received way before that and I haven't either.
