In other words, you should have received 2 guns. The full cost of going out and buying that firearm from another dealer including the transfer fees, is what will make you whole, and is what you should ask for, from the court.
    ^^^^ This 100%

File the claim with the small claims court. There is every indication that you will win and they will have to honor their original sales receipt plus all expenses.

The $38 fee is nothing compared to the satisfaction you get and the service you are doing to yourself and to the sports community and Calgunners.

I wish you the best and will even cover your $38 filling fee. Just PM me.

Maybe we should ALL e-mail or call turners to state we are all unhappy with this issue and unless they make it right, they will get boycotted by calguns members....good idea or not?

I did this as well and I got an IM response over FB from Turners. I dont know how to copy images and post the pics very quickly but I can copy-paste the text below.

My initial comment when unsubcribing: See Cal guns

Turners: *******, thank you. We are aware of a customer service question where a customer was invoiced for two guns at less than the promo combo price and when asked to pay the advertised price, the customer balked and wanted to get both guns at the lower erroneous invoice, basically implying that he wanted to take advantage of the invoicing error.

Me: According to said customer the amount invoiced was the deal offered by the salesperson. Based on that deal he agreed to make the purchsase that may not have been made otherwise. I understand that mistakes are made but this mistake appears to have been caught too late, Turner's should be absorbing this mistake, NOT the customer. If the customers version of events is unaccurate, I invite you refute them openly on Cal Guns. As it looks now your company much more to lose than the amount in question. Good luck to you, but unless the customers story is very wrong or you make this right, I will no longer be a patron of Turner's or recommend Turner's to others. as I have been since 1993.

What makes my first invoice erroneous? They negotiated with me and we agreed on the price. This is why i had no problem attaching my receipts as proof of my experience.

Also let me make this clear, i did not post on here to bash or slander Turners in any way. Up until this exchange i had been a pleased customer of theirs. I came to calguns to seek an unbiased opinion of the events. If they want to better explain to me and refute the events as i experienced, i welcome the opportunity.

So they're aware and refuse to acknowledge op or return his calls? This accurate op? Turners may lose another customer, now.

Looks like Turners lost more than 300 dollars on this issue. Sad.

Turners seems to be taking a hard line stance figuring the internet chatter/calls for boycotts, etc wont translate past the internet. Basically saying one thing on the internet but in reality you will still shop there.

Could be possible. Turners might also be thinking that they don't want people who think the OP should have gotten the lower price as their customers.

Being aware of the issue, and explaining it to another non- related customer,
Seals the deal on me never shopping there.

I can count at least half a dozen other places in my general vicinity to shop at.

I'm surprised Turner's isn't making this right. That being said I guess the next
time I go there to buy a handgun I won't have to wait so long in line. Pete

With so many people contacting turners, I am shocked that they have yet to respond to one of these threads
