Maybe I'm missing something, but what good is "1 per customer per day" when it's a 100-round box of 22's???

I did notice Midway had 1525 round box for $105 with 'can backorder' and is 'overdue'. I wonder if that means they're going to get them in at anytime in the near future?

I have a tub of the remingtons on backorder, the one that says due 12/31. I don't really want thousands of rounds and hundreds of dollars waiting out there, they're likely to all come in at once.

agree it is not good for many buyers, especially those that like to cherry-pick deals (like me!)....the seller is probably using the 1 box limit as a sales-leader to get you to visit the site and buy other stuff (other calibers, cleaning supplies, hunting gear, storage devices etc)

its a sellers market for ammunition now due to the record number of gun sales late in 2012--1/4 of all gun sales in the US are AR-15 and i would infer (from the .22lr ammo shortage) a lot of the recent AR-15's sold were .22lr configured...

sales of guns is back to normal now, and with the winter coming on and less shooting likely, i hope supply catches up to demand.

Walked into my local Turners today for some target spots and low and behold they had two 100-round boxes of Remington 45ACP, all brass FMJ's - $49. Took 'em both.

The local indoor rages seem to have reloads for a good price (36-37cents) but won't sell them for carry-out - only for range shooting. Dayaammmm....

Have not seen ANY 22LR locally, at all.
