I don't try to order even two any longer. Once they are on to you, your orders are flagged and canceled. I've had all of my multiple orders canceled. I don't need the ammo, so when I see something I want, I order one. I have a Club Card and I'm getting my wife one under a different address, email, etc. I'll be content to order two of the things I want. Below is a listing of my wife's. There are NO duplicates in the listing. Everything listed below is however, a duplicate of what I ordered on my Club Card.

I made duplicate orders of minimags during the "3turkey" free shipping promo.
So far none of them have been cancelled. Last of the orders have been shipped are coming in today and tomorrow. I never did more than 3 per day though.
I have 3 orders of the Win Super-X today in process under the "453classic" free shipping code. Was tempted to do more since it was the last day for the code but why risk getting flagged.

Yes you will if there is no free shipping code. I used "clubfive" when there was no free code for $5 shipping.

You have to figure the cost per round on an order no matter what, right?

If it is worth it to order once, it is worth it to order three times. Same cost per round for each order.

With free shipping it is a no-brainer and painless.

I guess it get more noticeable the more orders are placed. If you only place one order for 100 rounds at .05 a round and pay $5 total for shipping you really only spent .10 a round.

If you place 10 orders of 100 at .05 a round and pay $5 each order you still only spent .10 a round but $50 total on shipping. Ouch.

Where as a single order of 1000 at .05 a round would only cost you $15-20 in shipping and .06-.07 a round

It would be worth it to order a single 100 round pack for 10 bucks shipped considering my personal ammo situation but I would probably rethink ten at once only because Im poor and $50 at once is a considerable amount of cash.
