Is there a limit to how long Cabela's will hold an order in the store for you? I have a federal can that has been there for a week or so - waiting for everything else to get there to save me a trip.

I've heard 30 days, I'm sure it is on the site or you can call and ask.

When I called they said 90 days but each store may be different. Make it a point when you pick it up to notify them what day, and if you can what time you are going to pick it up. Also, if you are going to continue to pick it up there, introduce yourself to the service manager if you can. It really helps if he knows who he's talking to if you have a problem or a request.

You always get that notice. They would like you to pick it up in the next two weeks. If you ask the service manager he is either going to tell you 30, 60 or 90 days. I ordered a Ruger 10/22 Sporter Deluxe over the phone at the Reno, NV store and I had 90 days to pick it up, along with my 38 orders of ammo. I had told them when I was going to pick it up and when I got there, four shopping carts were waiting with my ammo. I had been ordering the ammo for 3 months. Very, very nice personnel at the Reno store.

They were restocking the shelves at 11:00 AM today.

I went to the gun show today in Lancaster. LAX ammo had buckets for $179.99, M22 Winchester $69.99 per 500. The buckets were flying out of there. Another guy had 100rd mini mags for $25, AR Tacticals for $50. I have pics, I'll post them later.
