It was never my intent to talk crap to you or to anyone else on this board. I just used your post as an example that cheap shipping or expensive doesn't make something a good deal or a dealbreaker. I was just trying to share info.

I know how you feel about not having ammo when your kid wants to go shoot, and you have to run around all the local stores and LGS's trying to get anything only to end up with nothing but a disappointed look on you kid's face.

I've been on this rant for awhile now. Also love the hate shown for those that had it and sold some off to realize a profit. Like anyone should be subsidized.

I have no business in this thread anymore until I go shoot some of the 10K rounds this thread has helped me acquire in the last 2 weeks.

I think I will have to shoot my 10/22 and Sig 522 at the same time, like in Call of Duty.

Last time I went to the range I was hip-firing my Sig 522 and wasted 500 rounds to get about 10 rounds on paper

Have to try out my other Tactical Ninja techniques I learned on TV. My stupid range doesn't let me do barrel rolls while shooting, the freaking nazi's....They also get mad when I "rapid fire" my 22. I can't help it if my finger is fully automatic!

I also like to stack all of my 22 ammo around me at the range while I shoot so people can get all jealous. When they ask where I got it all I just say, "I reload." Then I rapid fire my Sig to show them what a Boss I am.

Heck, go to Gunbroker and buy another 10K rounds. Then get yourself a bump fire stock to blast 'em even faster! You'll be the hit of your range! All the girls will gravitate right to your bench and load your mags for you.

This is why I wonder why people complain they can't find any ammo anywhere. Just check this thread occaisionally, you'll at least get some good links to check at your leisure, and cut out the middleman. Drive all over and waste time and gas in vain, or hang out in your skivvies and peruse ammo links at your own personal pace. I know which one I prefer ;-)

Outstanding service, products, and prices.They didn't gouge folks when others clearly were. They don't gouge you on shipping either. Also, Sam is a recent Army vet. I prefer supporting these small shops to the "big boys," even if I spend a couple more bucks.

SGammo is a top notch outfit and I have spent thousands there. Most of their prices are reasonable but the fact is they ARE price gouging on .22 lr ammo. It didn't bother me to pay .10 cents a round a few months ago when .22 lr was still as rare as hens teeth. I won't buy any now at their prices because there are better deals to be had.

They do have reasonable shipping, though. I am betting when things cool off more, they will back off on their .22 lr prices but until then I am taking my business elsewhere.
