Why can't anyone just say PRICE? Why is everything now PRICE POINT? Why say 2 words when you can simply say one and convey the same message?
If common sense was so common, why don't liberals possess any?

Most... but like I was hinting to with the Mini-Mags, even at a better price I can't get them shipped to me for less than $11 per 100 total. Big5 technically has the best price for RN Mini-mags I've ever seen (granted, I've only been looking for a couple months).

(I'd love to be proven wrong here, and so would my wallet.)

Spend some time in the deals forum. I haven't spent more than $8/100 delivered in months. I have 50+ in my stash.

I answered price point because prices differ from source to source and bullet type and manufacture.

                OK, just say that.

"I get my share from other sources at a much lower price."

You would have conveyed the same message without the word "POINT". I'm not trying to pick on you personally. It just sounds so silly. And it's even sillier the way people pick up on it. Just like when people say "Shottie" instead of "Shotgun". Silly fad lingo, nothing more.

Price Point is coming at you from a different direction---manufacturers and marketing people are interested in price points----a product manufactured and marketed to sell at a price point which is both profitable and also attractive to a specific marketing demographic price point. It is not a term in common usage by consumers, who are interested in the price.
Components used by manufacturers come from suppliers who can sell at a specified cost enabling a manufacturer to crank out ammo at a price that will be attractive to the target market (such as frugal Californians) This is why some lots of WWB and UMC are very clean shooting while other lots are sooty--- Winchester and Remington load with components that at any given time will allow them to meet a desired price point.

I've just removed "POINT" from everything you have just said. How does it read any different? It doesn't. The exact same message is conveyed and understood.

That's an impressive skill set there. Not skill, but "skill set". It must be in your wheelhouse.

When two or more products are competing for the same demographic market share, price point sounds more high falutin' That's what pays off the student loans MBA's accumulate.
They get paid by the word, LOL!
