.22 lr ammo availability improving?

[RawHP]

^^^^ What he said. Could not put it better myself.

I still have to 20 year old Winchester HV in 100 round sleeves (not bulk), and it shoots close to what MiniMags do. This stuff looks like it's higher velocity, so not sure how it will do.

A little better than Walmart's price in my area ($7.47) because of the tax, which brings the local price up to ~$8.15.

It's definitely getting slightly better. Managed to pick up 3 325 round boxes of Federal Automatch from Dick's in Oxnard yesterday (6/16) for $20 a piece. That's close to what I payed for it before the craziness (which I believe was about $18). The Mosquito loves it and it's always cheaper than mini mag so I can't complain.

Now if I could just find a regular red Federal 525 round box at normal prices...Mosquito loves that too and then we're back in the .04/round range.

[AR22]

It is strange. I have not seen any Federal 525 or 550 packs for over two months now. It used to be I would never encounter CCI. Only Federal bulk.. Just the opposite now.
