I'm listening to GMRS repeater comms from Redlands right now. That's about 60 miles away. I'm on a good GMRS HT. I can't get out, but I can hear.

I have another appointment at Loma Linda VA tomorrow dammit. The head surgeon only has clinic on Wednesdays - he is teaching at Loma Linda University Med Center or having clinic there on other days. Of course, I don't go every Wednesday but this is the follow up after my hospitalization. My next appointment is the 15th, and I think that is when we will decide on a surgery date unless something happens tomorrow. He is going on a mission to Uganda the same week we are meeting my daughters and grandsons in Vegas ( the 18th through the 25th) so nothing will happen before then.Comment
