My used police trade in glock 22 has functioned fine and hasn't given me any failure in like at least 750 rounds. (I hate glocks btw. But they work)
Right!? And I find Island View to be extremely over priced for the most part. Passed up on the Sig P320 ?

50% of the Glock allure is that they always go BANG. The other 50% is that they also go BANG for cheap.

I have a 17L and I love it. It has only shot MY reloads and has done so flawlessly. Perhaps the OP should run some factory loads, perhaps he is limp wresting the gun, but I would also question the mags. In a lot of semi-auto guns the mags are everything. Try a real 17 rounder if you have a buddy with one who can shoot with you or try a factory 10 round mag. Someone probably knows better than me if one can block a mag improperly and cause malefactions.

Heck, maybe the OP just got a lemon. Any firearms manufacturer can flop every now and again. I would guess that reliability is not a problem that 99% of GLOCK owners worry/complain about. If it is the gun give them a chance to fix it.

It is a sad truth that lemons happen with firearms
Sorry you had to catch one, Yugo.
And I know how that can turn you off of a brand. When you lay out hundreds of dollars for something, it is a reasonable expectation that it work properly.
I hope you get it resolved to your satisfaction.

I do agree Glocks suck .... but mostly for me due to ergonomics, sights, and simply an ugly *** gun!!!

BUT they are reliable as hell

So buy some descent ammo, stop limp wristing that SOB and try again (Hint - it's you bro)

this is a thread I would bet money its the shooter NOT the gun!

So after 6 pages I still don't see what kind of malfunction this g17L had. Casing got stuck? Kinda vague.

I believe it's one of two things. Either the gun is a completely non-functional piece of garbage like all Glocks or the OP is a f***tard who doesn't deserve a glorious Glock that couldn't possibly have malfunctioned in any way.

Yugo if you really don't like that gun, I'm sure you can get rid of it pretty easily in the marketplace...

This site is crawling with rabid, drooling Glock fanboys.
