750.00 X 2 glocks = you got screwedHey, I paid $750 for each of my two 17Ls!
I went to the range with a brand new Gen 4 17. I fired mag after mag with no problems, but when I gave it to my friend to try out, he would consistency have malfunctions every few rounds. Then I'd try it, again with no problems. Limp wristing is real.
How much were the good guns at you LGS? You could have got one good one for less than the 2 glocks
Hey, its your money do what you want ,and be happy. My self, I would never buy a Glock at that price, and I don't care what model it is . I'm not a fanboy so I wouldn't pay 300-350 for one either ,guess that's why I don't own one."I will not buy ammo from the private ammo sellers,it only encourages them to keep buying ,and reselling the ammo they bought from WAL-MART at 2-3 times what they bought it for"!Comment

I am far from a Glock fanboy, but the OP's story is unusual. I've owned 6 Glocks, and all have been reliable from the get-go. Not so with other pistols I've owned.
Most of the ammo I've run through them were reloads, the only no-no that I know about with Glocks is that the ammo should be jacketed, and not cast lead.
I would suggest simply shooting it more, after doing a clean-n-lube, and yes, use factory ammo for a couple of boxes first."Two dead?!? HOW?!?"
[sigh] "Bullets, mortar fire, heavy artillery salvos, terminal syphilis, bad luck --- the usual things, Captain."Comment

Owning and reloading for 6 flocks doesn't make you a fanboy??? I wonder what does then?I am far from a Glock fanboy, but the OP's story is unusual. I've owned 6 Glocks, and all have been reliable from the get-go. Not so with other pistols I've owned.

Holy Jaysus.....
The 4 guys I go shooting with weekly don't own a single Glock out of a pool of 100+ guns. That's right, not a single Glock. We got XDs, M&Ps, Colt Snakes, CZs, 1911s, Sigs, Sphinxes, Walthers, HKs but not one Glock. I guess you either own a lot of Glocks or no Glocks

All Glock's regardless of caliber or model number do this, they simply do not work at all.
All the Police and Sheriff Departments have stopped using them and are issuing HiPoints instead.
It is a closely guarded secret that Glock is solely owned by Eric Holder and he seems to be the basic design flaw.
My G19 is the ONLY properly functioning Glock on the planet, it was made by Elvis!
Did I miss something in my sarcasm?"I think, therefore some people make me laugh"Comment

What's funny is another guy yesterday had the same problem as the OP with his Glock 17L. But he asked in a mature, thoughtful manner:
Compare the first posts in each thread and you'll see why this one turned into a sinkhole.Comment
