Diese, in my experience you are 100% right about the 9mm3s. I tried 9mm3s and got FTFs approx every 3-5 rds using:
    147 gr HST
    147 gr Golden Saber
    115 gr Critical Defense

I'll try the 9mm6s and hope that fixes it.

On the part that you sand, are you sanding a gradual slope toward the front of the mag? Di you use a dremel or just hand sand it? Want to make sure I am understanding the fix correctly.

You just need to sand the inner edge of the mag where I circled to allow for clearance of the follower. I hand-sanded using coarse sandpaper. To be sure where to sand, insert your 9mm6 follower onto the spring and into the mag and see where it is being blocked; sand that part. Good luck, if you need more tips, I'm happy to help!

        Thanks for the advice Diese.

I ordered 10 9mm6 followers through Glockmeister a few days ago, should arrive anytime now.

I emailed Glock expressing my displeasure with the whole scenario (mostly to vent). They are offering to send me a shipping label to send the pistol to them for "evaluation and repair". Not sure what they intend to do to fix it.

I have 9mm6 followers on the way...should I mail the pistol to Glock or just install and modify my mags with the 9mm6s?

I imagine they will just put 9mm3 followers in since that's what they are sending everyone.

I failed to mention in my post...it already has 9mm3 followers. They are aware that with the 9mm3s I'm still getting FTFs and they want to "evaluate and repair".

If the 9mm6s are a 100% sure fix I'm semi-inclined to just install them rather than ship the pistol to Glock for who knows what.

Are they going to test the ammo you specified?

I would think it's beneficial to other G19 owners if you send it in so they can develop a real fix and not depend on modifying followers. Who knows if they come up with something other then the 9mm6 followers though. If it wasn't going to cost me anything and if I could afford to be without it for awhile I'd send it in.

Yes, if you can do without it definitely send it in. They have to get their hands on real samples of this problem to solve it.

If it were me, I'd include a note, something like, "Thanks ... I have several thousand people on the calguns forum eager to see the results."

They didn't indicate what tests they would run. They just said:

"If you would like I can send you a shipping label to send the firearm and magazines in for evaluation and repair?"

I agree with the others, if you can afford to be without it, send it in a see what they say. Hopefully this will lead to a development of a real fix

I wouldn't send the pistol in, it is an issue with the 10 round magazines, not the pistol.

If it were me, I would buy some blocked 15 round mags from Jestice because I wouldn't be able to trust the factory 10-rounders. I would be upset about it, but that is what I would do.

Did not know about those. An interesting option.

Except if you have issues with those mags they will be much harder to disassemble. I think they use the 9mm6 followers also.

                                Just wanted to share:

I recently received my 9mm6 followers for 10 of my G19 10-rounders. So far I've modified 4 mags (very simple), which all have worked without a hiccup based on my hand cycling/Function Test. I tested each mag with Gold Dots, Golden Sabers and snap caps using the: "Slide release check", as well as hand cycling/slingshot'n the slide to feed the entire 10rd mag. All fed with no problems.

Going to work on my 5th magazine later. Hopefully I get the chance to hit up the Range this weekend and put the 5 modified mags to work.

Only small issue with the new follower, with 10 rounds loaded, it only shows the round load on the even numbers (10,8,6,4) on the round indicators. Not a big deal.
