Are they running every weekend?
Pretty sure they are only on Saturday.

From what I was told at my range day last week of August they are Saturday's only, and it's every week because of the backlog. Hence the split classes at 130-200 per Saturday. Our day was 130-150 at most. They said about 30+ were no shows. Considering that day was a scorching 105+ that's understandable.

I have no idea if renewals may be included in that 130-200.
Would they not have a different type of class for renewals than 1st timers?
Something covering a little more than the basics?

The range officers also made the comment that 12-18 mo. from apply to permit is not so bad considering Orange County backlog is that they are currently taking 'interview' dates around 18 months out into 2019...

Renewals are NOT done at the Range.
You never go back to the Range unless you are adding a firearm to your CCW.

I was at the class on the 16th and received a call Thursday the 28th for a firearm correction. And was told I will get a call this week to pickup permit. So I am looking at the 2nd to the 6th .

Saturday they said people who took the 16th class are running behind do to the staff being off for a week that issue the cards. Hopefully it pickes back up.

I had a missed call from San Bernardino on Thursday! Wonder if it was a firearm correction also? I called back several times but no answer

Check with your direct boss. Whoever opens the mail may have given it to them. If they don't have it you might want to give the sheriff's Dept a call.

yeah i pray he ends up being ok, i was there and it was terrifying, i thank god my loved ones and i were able to make it out safely and have been praying for the family's who lost loved ones that night or are still there fighting for their lives in the hospital.

I honestly don't know how she does it, but she ALWAYS has an answer, and generally returns calls quickly.
