So what's the actual test like? How far is the target? What kind of target? What's a pass or fail? (Does anyone actually fail?) How much ammo should i bring? Any other tips or tricks? My class is this Sunday at the Applevalley gun club.

50 rounds per gun. It's 5 yards away target full silhouette have to hit from top of x ring to collar bone.. have to shoot 5 rounds reload than 5 more.. believe the need for 50 rounds per gun is Incase you have multiple trust but if you can't hit 15 feet away with 10 rounds it's time to put the guns down lol

I was told to bring my form and flyer to my range date. I have the form for the firearms I wish to carry but what flyer were they talking about? I tried to call but could not get through. May just go ask in person if no one here knows. Thanks.

I received my SB CCW earlier this year (March), and my brother in law is due for an interview here in a week or two. Have there been any new developments/changes? Does SD still meet the GC requirement?

Bring 30 rounds per gun, but it needs to be factory boxed ammo so 50 is generally more convenient.

Yes, it's 5+5, upper torso area of a standard B27 target at 5 yards:



30 rounds per gun are requested because if you do not pass the first round, you are allowed two more rounds, so if you can't get 8 out of 10 into the box above at 5 yards, you could potentially use 30 rounds.

The flyer shows addresses of classes, amount due in money order, topics of classes, and what to bring and wear. The second form is the firearm form of your 3 guns.
