CA PEN 185 relates to conspiracy:
        185.
Section One Hundred and Eighty-five. It shall be unlawful for any person to wear any mask, false whiskers, or any personal disguise (whether complete or partial) for the purpose ofEvading or escaping discovery, recognition, or identification in the commission of any public offense.Concealment, flight, or escape, when charged with, arrested for, or convicted of, any public offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
So, unless you are committing, or have committed, a crime, this isn't relevant. (I would recommend you refrain from any contemplated public offenses for a while.)

The real problem comes from CA PC 25300
25300. (a) A person commits criminal possession of a firearm when the person carries a firearm in a public place or on any public street while
Now, one must decide if they are "masked so as to hide (their) identity" relates to the intent of the masking or result of the masking.

I would recommend a firm position of personal health and public safety as the intent.

        Best.

I did. Must qualify with each of my three firearms even though I already have my 2020 renewed permit in hand. Locked in morning shoot on 4/11/20.

Was told this is to comply with State law.

Hello All, I just completed my initial application however after I submitted my application, I was not able to select an interview date from the available dates listed. The form requires me to enter data, however it will not allow me to enter anything for my information.

                    Has anybody experienced this issue?

They have had this problem in the past. The people who encountered this said that they called the station afterwards and we're told that the application had been received and they were given an appointment date.

                      DO NOT DO THIS!

They have shut down the appointments for the time being because of the Coronavirus. All new applications and renewal applications are on hold.

I'm pretty sure they have your application. If you really need to be sure send them an email and ask if they got it.

                      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Heard from a friend that just renewed he got that call.
His current CCW expires 'soon' and he also has his 2020 card in hand.
Looks like they are taking 10 people every 30 minutes.

I don't know if they will be required for everyone or just the 2020 renewals.
AB2103 went into effect Jan 2019 which required qualifications.
Last month Governor Jerry Brown signed a new law requiring all initial CCW applicants attend a minimum of 8 hours of training (but no more than 16), and safely handle and shoot each handgun to be listed on their application. The requirement for CCW renewals is a four hour class and includes the same live-fire qualification.

We have an amazing Sheriff and one that is clearly supportive of the CCW program. We should all be thankful for that and patient while the details of this current situation get worked through.
