After selecting an interview date, I’m taken to the confirmation page, however, neither my name, DOB or interview time/date show in the fields and it will not allow me to confirm. Anyone experience this? Sorry for all the hand-holding I seem to be needing.

Yes the exact same thing happened to me. Called and was given an appointment for interview - then received an e-mail confirmation a couple of days later.

Do I turn in the renewal paperwork before my 4 hour class or should I wait until after(a different day) ?Simple question, but probably annoying to some of you. Lol

I scheduled my class as soon as I got the letter for renewal. The letter says not to turn in the paperwork longer than 90 days before your permit expires. I turned in my paperwork 88 days before my permit expired. I had my new permit in hand 3.5 weeks before it expired.

Alright, I called yesterday and spoke to Sarah, who was very helpful in getting my interview scheduled. I was expecting a much longer wait for the interview. They are currently around a month out.

As far as the Notarized Authorization form, does anyone have a notary they used and can recommend?

Real Estate or tax prep offices usually have a Notary.

UPS Store have notary public service.

If you bank with US Bank they will notarize for free.

AAA used to do them free for members.
We use The UPS Store.
