    Thanks
That is only used to verify you live there for the most part. When I applied we had lived at that address for 4 months and had not meet any neighbors.

      So my question;

Have you ever been convicted of any criminal offense (civilian or military) in the U.S. or any other country? If yes, please explain including the date, agency, charges and disposition
      .

So what exatcly i put to that question?

And just to make matter worse, got a damn speeding ticket the other day too! What are my odds now of getting ccw!
One of the questions in the interview will be about charges that have been reduced.

So explain it exactly as you have here.
Your criminal record will include the original charge, so the investigator will likely know about it.

Remember... It's better to inform them of something that happened that they don't know about than to have them know about something and it look like you are attempting to hide it.
The interview is more an honesty test than anything.

2011 was 6 years ago... it may or may not be a problem.
Less of a problem if your record has been clean since then.

        There have been a couple.
Always hard to tell if they were being completely honest or trolling.

One had posts on the forum and on social media related to being a DJ or rapper or something like that, but was being very evasive (both here AND during his interview).
Another one had a bunch of pro-weed legalization activity (may have been the same guy).

I think there was one where it sounded like the residency was sketchy.

How's everyone's renewals turning around? More or less than 2 weeks after you do your 4 hour class?

Complete your paperwork early enough and they will hand you your permit at the end of the class.

Just moved to SB County. (Montclair). Some questions...

              1) How long should I wait b4 I apply?

              2) Do I need to get my carry guns beforehand or can I wait till the end of the process? (right now I have target sized guns).

              3) Had a 1 gram Marijuana issue in 1998, took the, "Deferred Entry of Judgement" loophole which meant 10 NA classes and supposedly expunged. Do I need to disclose it? Would it affect anything if I did disclose it?

              Thank you.

YES you need to disclose it.
Apply when ever you are ready.
Guns need to be in your possession when you do the range class.

I have a mobile home at the river in San Bernardino that I go to often. I live in LA County and have a good cause but LA County won't even give me an interview. I'm thinking about applying in San Bernardino because I'm at the river a lot. I have an AZ and Utah CCW. Do you think SBC will give me a CCW?

                      You could try.

My best guess is that they will probably say that you're not a resident of the county and deny your application.

                      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

                        Most likely will be denied.

You need to spend greater than 50% of your time at your SBC residence... it has to be a legitimate residence.
If it's a cabin in Big Bear or a vacation place at the river, it will not be considered legit.

They WILL conduct a residence check and chat with your neighbors to confirm that you actually live there.

Monkey business with residency is the #1 reason for denial, a lot of people live in LA but have cabins in the SB mountains.

Hard to look at the ramp when it's covered with cars

Are you going to tell the detective that you commute to work from Needles to Culver City? What does your CDL say? What address is on your car registration? Where do your tax bills get sent? Are your neighbors in Needles going to verify they see you do anything but drink beer and go to the river?

No, they will not give you a CCW in SB County with your current situation.
