That's frustrating guns4life. My appt was May 2015 which I made in Feb 2015. Quite a big difference. Basically the back log does not appear to be getting any better and the two very hard working deputies in the CCW Unit do not anticipate getting any assistance. Patience and preparation is your best course of action.

does anyone know if print outs of my utility bills work be good enough?
I have paperless billing for my gas bill and my wife did something with the Riverside public utilities bills. So I was going to print them out on line and take those with me. I think they should be fine sense they only want copies anyways, but was wanting to know if anyone that has gone through already has done this.

They should be fine as long as your name and address is on them. That's how I did it.

Shouldn't be a problem. If it is, they will probably tell you to scan and email whatever they deem sufficient. It shouldn't delay anything.

Also, take all the requirement paper work with you. ..it will speed up the process and make ccw deputes work lot easier as well.

Got the call this morning! I was at a funeral and wasn't able to return deputy Aguirre's call but I'm hoping to speak with him in the morning. A big thanks to camvoncrosshair for pushing me to get my app going, and to all those here helping make our county a safer place! Time line is as follows:

Mid March - Called for interview
6/16 interview
6/17 livescan
7/11 classroom
7/22 qualifications
10/6 got the call
