She's the sheriff and coroner and she's the one who issued your permit.

I was denied my renewal today unless I provided more info. Not even going to bother as I'm leaving this God forsaken state in a few months. The 2nd day I get to Idaho I'll have my new plates, license and be able to carry instantly due to the new Constitutional Carry law that went into effect July 1st. See how that works CA is signing new laws to strip gun owners of rights and othe states like Idaho are empowering it's citizens. Peace out CA its been an OK 36 years.

It seems to me they are in fact tightening up what they'll accept. I think those of us that initially renewed had it a bit easier. Also, frankly, I think it may have a lot to do with who's handling your file.

I think if it was that he would have had it revoked back then. He did say he was told he needed provide more info. I'm assume that's related to his GC.

I said that I went on frequent trips to the high desert shooting with little to no LEO contact shooting my expensive gun collection. In the end they just wanted more info that I'm sure I could provide but me leaving this state in a few months isn't worth it to me.

Orange County Renewal (good cause)

I hear OC is asking for bank statements if you claim you carry and deposit cash in your business. What if your business is not cash based? what options are there for good? What have others used successfully? you can Pm me if you dont want to post on open forum.
