Correct. Roughly a month for approval. New captain and staff changes are slowing things down.

Actually, I think they get payday Fridays off, which today happens to be. Plus, Monday is a holiday. Tuesday they'll be playing catch up, so don't expect anything until the middle of next week.

I work in OC (irvine) but live in Riverside (Corona)
Has anyone had/heard anyone applying and accepted in OC only working there?
Riverside apts are out to July 2018 right now, Would like to get it done sooner then that.

Actual processing times will be similiar and the chance of an OC approval is near negligible given your residency...

CCW based on employment location is only good for 90 days, and is only valid in the county of issuance. PC 26220(b). http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/fa...ctionNum=26220.

I'm attempting to get my ccw in oc, I was trying to find any threads that already discuss info and how people achieved to get the permit. I'm aware you need good cause but can anyone give me examples of the good cause statement they used and were granted the permit? feel free to send links to already existing threads and I apologize if theres already one in existence.
