Heard him on KFI, he mentioned he will have a very relaxed shall issue stance, clean record + training = issuance.

Did you reach out to the unit to let them know it cleared or are you going to wait on it?

Hell no. I'm gonna wait lol. The deputy told me not to call or email her for 90 days after the interview. She said she will call or email me. I'm just gonna wait it out. It cleared on the DOJ website but i think they still have to mail the results to the CCW Unit. Hopefully it will get processed fast. I do know that they've had issues receiving my emails tho. I had to call her and tell her that I sent the requested documents. She found the email after digging for a few mins. She said the email was "in a different folder". Hopefully not the denials folder haha

Yup probably another month or 2. It is what it is tho. Been waiting since May. They lost my application and money order twice haha So hopefully at least it will get approved.

We applied and mailed in our apps the same day, but one of us got a call. Fingers crossed I get mine soon.

Is there anyway to check on the status of your application? Also, I am moving to a new place next week. Obviously if I get the call soon, I will not have a new license etc with address on it. Will this be a problem?

Just make sure to change the address on your license and tell the interviewing deputy that you moved. And you’re also gonna need a utility bill that’s in your name. I didn’t have a utility bill in my name so I took my car insurance declarations page and the interviewing deputy accepted it.

My girlfriend.. completed her firearms training this past weekend. She Emailed her certificate and qualification sheet to the L.A.S.D. The L.A.S.D. sent her an Email saying that they received it and to wait 2 to 4 weeks for her License to be processed...
She received her email to proceed with firearms training several weeks ago...

Now the wait begins.....

Note: I advised her while she's waiting save some money up for her CCW processing fee ($120) and to put money aside to purchase some CCW law coverage (CCW Safe) ...plan ahead..
She also has her Arizona And Utah Non-Resident CCW Permits..
